My Story

A few months ago, at the age of 10, our great friend Olly was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. Olly is super-sporty, tries hard at everything he does and hasn't let diabetes get the better of him. We are really proud of him, and wanted to do something together to help make a difference to other people too. We are getting a big team together of our classmates, school friends, parents and even our teachers, to raise as much money as we can to help people who are diagnosed with this condition, to live as normal a life as possible. There are 4.7 million people living with diabetes in the UK, the complications of which lead to over 500 premature deaths every week. So, we are stepping towards a healthier future for ourselves and a better future for people living with diabetes. Support our challenge by hitting the donate button on our profile page.
